1.1 Aluminium Cable Lugs (Uncoated)

    For aluminium conductors.

    Surface:
    Uncoated
    Sector-shaped conductors must be rounded with round-forming dies before compression. Cable lugs are pre-filled with compression compound and sealed in plastic.

1.2 Copper Compression Cable Lugs According To DIN 46235

  • DIN 48201, DIN 57295
    For Copper Conductors.

    Material:
    Copper, DIN 40500/2, F-25.

    Surface:
    Tin-plated.

    *Inside diameter adapted according to DIN 57295.
    Sector-shaped conductors must be rounded with round-forming dies.

1.3 Aluminium Compression Cable Lugs According To DIN 46329

  • DIN 48201, DIN 57295

    For aluminium conductors

    Extrusion-molded, longitudinally sealed. For stranded circular, stranded sector-shaped, solid circular and solid sector-shaped aluminium conductors according to DIN VDE 0295

    Al 99.5

    Surface:
    Tin-plated.

    Stranded and solid sector-shaped conductors shall be rounded with round-forming dies. Solid circular and solid sector-shaped aluminium conductors can only be compressed with hand-operated mechanical compression tools. Al compression cable lugs are pre-filled with compression compound delivered and sealed with plastic bags.

1.4 Aluminium Compression Cable Lugs According To DIN 46329 for Sectorial Conductors

  • DIN 57295

    Longitudinally sealed.
    For sectorial aluminium conductors.

    Material:
    Al 99.5,

    Surface:
    Tin-plated, 20 micron.

    Al compression cable lugs are pre-filled with compression compound and sealed with plastic caps.

    Advantages
    • Round-forming of sector-shaped conductors is not necessary.
    • Defined contact-making by longitudinal grooves.
    • Shorter size, less compression points per terminal.

    The design of these cable lugs takes the internationally applied sector shapes into account.
    4-conductor cable types (illustration 3) with a sector shape of 90° fit into three positions of the profiled channels and the 3-conductor cable types (illustration 2) with a 120° sector shape fit into two positions of the profiled channels.

1.5 Copper Compression Cable Lugs According To DIN 46235 With 2 Palm Holes

  • DIN 48201, DIN 57295

    For circular stranded copper conductors according to DIN 48201 and circular stranded/sector-shaped stranded copper conductors according to DIN 57295.

    E-Cu, DIN 40500/2, F-25

    Surface:
    Tin-plated.

    Sector shaped conductors must be rounded with special dies. Additional sizes on inquiry.

    These cable lugs also available with 1 oblong hole and 1 circular hole or with 2 oblong holes and with different hole centre distances.

1.6 Copper Compression Cable Lugs Type 90° According To DIN 46235

  • DIN 48201, DIN 57295

    For circular stranded copper conductors according to DIN 48201 and circular stranded/sector-shaped stranded copper conductors to DIN VDE 0295.
